Nadia Fathi, queer San Francisco native artist, specializes in illustration and photography. Using these contrasting art forms, they explore how we perceive the world and ourselves.

Through the lens of their camera, Nadia captures the delicate beauty found in their community, inviting viewers to appreciate the warmth of their home.

Their illustrations represent the complexities that lie beyond what the camera can capture. Nadia creates ominous, enchanting dreamscapes of their internal queer experience. These surreal works are filled with dark allure and challenge perception.

In 2017, they interned for 3 Fish Studios. They were selected to present their work at the 2025 San Francisco Zine Festival and Skyline College's Night Market. They were featured in the CCSF Guardsman's Issue 3 as an interviewee and editorial illustrator. Their work will be presented in the Spring 2026 SFSU's Associated Students Gallery. Their photography zines are currently showcased at Andytown Coffee Roasters, 3016 Taraval St.
